Refactyl provides digital SaaS services that automate backend framework migrations. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital code generation and migration services, refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
A refund may be issued if any of the following apply:
- The migration process fails to complete due to a platform-side error.
- The generated migration output is empty or unusable due to a system malfunction.
- A duplicate charge was made for the same migration.
- The service was unavailable after successful payment.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The migration was successfully completed and delivered.
- The user downloaded or accessed the migrated code.
- Performance or output results did not meet subjective expectations.
- Incorrect framework or configuration was selected by the user.
- Partial usage of migration credits or services.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, users must contact us with the following information:
- Registered email address
- Migration ID or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant error logs or screenshots (if applicable)

5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact Refactyl support before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of the account
- Revocation of access to Refactyl services
7. Taxes & Fees
- Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed for the net amount received.
