4. Intellectual Property

• You also retain ownership of all AI-generated refactored outputs.
• You grant Refactyl a limited, temporary license to process your code solely to provide the Service.

Our Content

• Refactyl, its software, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property.
• You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

• Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors.
• Refactyl does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or suitability.
• You assume all risk associated with using generated code.

The "Quick Transform" feature on the homepage is provided for demonstration purposes only. It utilizes third-party public AI models which may retain data for training purposes. Refactyl accepts no liability for the accuracy, security, or performance of code generated via this free tool. Users should never input sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information into the public playground.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement

Refactyl does not guarantee:

• Bug-free output
• Production readiness
• Security compliance

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Refactyl is not liable for:

• Data loss
• Production outages
• Security incidents
• Financial losses

In no event shall Refactyl be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Refactyl in the preceding 12 months.

9. Payments & Refunds
